Tuesdays & Thursdays • 6:30 PM – 7:30PM • Starting 27 May Looking for a fun, energising way to get fit this summer? Join our 6-week outdoor bootcamp designed to help you tone up, build strength, and boost your fitness in the fresh air. Whether you're preparing for a holiday or simply want to feel your best, this is your time to glow! What to Expect: * A welcome Goodie bag, Full-body workouts using resistance bands and body weight and few other surprise group fun exercises. * A mix of HIIT, cardio, strength, and core training. * Low-impact, high-energy sessions suitable for all levels. * Motivating group atmosphere in a natural, outdoor setting. * Small group size (max 20) for personal attention and support. Program Details: Duration: 6 weeks (12 sessions) Schedule: Every Tuesday & Thursday Time: 6:30 PM – 7: 30PM Start Date: 27 May Location: Park ( Palmerston park Rathmines, Dublin 6 Why Join? Cancellation Policy

Welcome to the Summer Glow Up Bootcamp!To ensure the best experience for all participants, please review the booking policy before reserving your place. Booking & Payment The full 6-week program is EUR150 (12 classes total). Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your space. Places are strictly limited to 20 participants per bootcamp. Bookings are made via: www.nourish2glow.com Cancellations & Refunds :- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date (by May 19th) are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 19th. Missed classes during the program are non-refundable and non-transferable. Transfers & Hold Policy:- Bookings are for this specific 6-week bootcamp only and cannot be transferred to future courses or another person. Health & Responsibility:- By booking, you confirm that you are fit and healthy to participate in group fitness. Always listen to your body and work within your own ability. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or limitations before the first session.
