What you’ll need:-.
Raw noir (seaweed sheets)
Finley chopped choice of vegetables I use the following:-
sweet red pepper
green bell pepper
carrots
lettuce leaves
1 avocado
parsley
Hummus

For dressing;- Half of orange juice squeezed 2 spoon of soya sauce ½ spoon of vinegar
Preparation:-
Step 1 – Lay out nori sheet flat on a cutting board
Step 2 – Spread hummus, or other sauces on nori paper gently, about a 1/2 inch from the edge, about 2/3 across the paper.
Try to be gentle so you don’t rip the nori paper.
Step 3 – Lay out veggies across the hummus or other sauces, topping with the avocado and a sprinkle of parsley.
Step 4 – Now begin rolling the wrap gently by starting with the short end and wrapping it over the veggies ,pressing and tucking them into the roll as you go. Once the wrap has just covered gently fold in one end of the nori paper and then continue rolling the paper over itself to form a wrap.
Finally;- Wet your finger and run it down the “seam” of the wrap to keep it sealed.
Thats it your wrap is ready cut in half and serve it with the dip.
